Theme
Deep Freeze is a great opportunity to get away for the weekend to meet with your youth group, away from home. You’ll meet other students from the area your age, get to know your youth group even better, and have a chance to reconnect with God. Deep Freeze is a great opportunity for church groups to come and provide their own counselors. We plan the weekend around building the youth group as a whole and challenge individuals to take their next step of faith, whatever that may be.
Registration
Youthgroup leaders: Download the forms on the right and make copies of the individual registration form for your students.
Youth group students: Download a registration form on the right, or ask your youth leader for one. Give your completed registration form and your payment (at least $30 non-refundable deposit) to your youth group leader. Make check payable to your church. Your group leader will send registrations and full group payments to Harbor.
Non-Youth group inidividuals: Only if you are coming without a group, send a registration form and payment to Covenant Harbor. All payments include a $30 non-refundable deposit.
Weekends fill on a first come first served basis. We cannot reserve individual or group space until we receive registration form(s) and $30 non-refundable deposit. Full payments are due one month before the event.
