Executive Initiative
The Executive Initiative is a hands-on, experiential seminar designed to help organizations and their leaders survive and succeed in the global community. Executive Initiative is not a "sit-down-and-listen-to-a-lecture" style program. On the contrary, it requires participants to get involved, working together to solve problems, make decisions, practice active listening skills and have fun. The course offers a wide range of challenges with focuses on mental ability and group process.
Trained and experienced facilitators will supervise all activities and lead sessions that will help your group take what they have experienced back to the office. This experienced-based seminar is highly motivational and well received by organizational leaders as well as employees.
