Golf pros share knowledge about the development of the Blackwolf Run and Whistling Straits American and European style golfing facilities. Experience Kohler from area specialists as they share local lore and Native American mounds artifacts. Savor a chef demonstration and the many amenities of the resort. Healthy For Life: Fitness, Golf, And Spa

Jumpstart your resolution to be healthy for life. Choose one of two tracks: Fitness-Spa or Golf. The Fitness-Spa track puts you in touch with Sports Core trainers for a series of exercise classes to strengthen and tone. Indulge body, mind, and spirit with three spa treatments at the award-winning Kohler Waters Spa. The Golf track enrolls you in the American Club Golf School where you will participate in classes and demonstrations to improve your game. Show off your new skills during three rounds of 9-hole at the Meadow Valley course of Black Wolf Run. Both tracks include access to the Sports Core for swimming and exercise equipment. In addition, meet with a trainer for a fitness assessment. A week just for you to relax and rejuvenate!

For active adults who can participate in an aerobic and strength/flexibility training exercise class a day, walk 2 miles on a nature hike, or can handle 9 holes of golf per day. A physician's consultation is advised.
