Meeting Facilities
Meeting rooms are free for typical use. Therefore, larger groups are entitled to more free meeting spaces than smaller groups. Out of the ordinary setups may have an additional fee. Initial setups for rooms are free and mid-stay turnovers are possible with advanced notice. There are multiple meeting space combinations and the registrar will help you secure appropriate meeting spaces during the booking process.
In general, groups that stay in a building with an attached meeting space are entitled to the meeting spaces in that building. For example, if you stay in Engebretson lodge, you also get the Engebretson meeting rooms. If you stay in a building without an attached meeting space, we can help you secure meeting rooms that will best fit your needs.
